Dream Believe Achieve offers services to promote whole child and whole family family support. We know that child well-being is directly linked to family well-being. We strive to:
- Provide easy-to-access resources for families from a broad range of incomes;
- Provide families with access to the resources they need without judgment or compromising their dignity; and
- easy-to-access resources.
Our Mission Statement
Dream, Believe, Achieve offers a comprehensive range of community outreach services, including referrals to resources, education, nutrition, healthcare, and housing, to improve the lives of under-resourced families.
Dream, Believe, Achieve was created to provide support to local children, and their families. We work to make a mark in our North Carolina community by ensuring families have the resources and support to dream big, believe in their dreams, and achieve their goals.

We envision a world where every individual regardless of race, zipcode, or circumstance, has the opportunity to live a life of dignity, including access to education, healthcare, housing and essential resources.
Our vision is for families to have access to the financial, educational, and health resources they need to thrive.

To accomplish our mission, we offer the following:
- Dream Store: To provide families the opportunity to shop for food, clothing, and hygiene items at no cost.
- Resource Referral Services: This is where people can learn about community resources and get referrals and assistance with applications.
- Emergency Services for Families: This includes one-time assistance with utilities, housing, transportation, and other unexpected emergencies.
- Advocacy and Parent Education Trainings
- Meaningful Events: To help families achieve their dreams. Past events include our Sneaker Ball, Holiday Family Sponsorship Program, and Back to School Events.
Why We Do It
1 in 6 children in North Carolina live in poverty, and the poverty rate for early educators is 17.6%. Dream Believe Achieve Organization not only offers important services to families; we provide people with the tools they need to advocate for themselves.
The Dream Believe Achieve Organization was founded to address the needs of families, teachers, and community members in North Carolina. Over the years, Cassandra Brooks, founder of Little Believer’s Academy and Dream Believe Achieve Organization, has come in contact with teachers and parents who find themselves in need of support. These crises include needing food, clothing, or housing support to assist in accessing health care services. Observing these issues and their impact led Mrs. Brooks to start the Dream Believe Achieve Organization to address the community’s needs and empower people to advocate for the resources they need to believe in their dreams and the tools needed to achieve them.
